The Plaza's first two floors are given to micro-commercial and flexible workspace — storefronts, makers, and services that keep the Midtown sidewalks active.

The ground floor opens directly onto the Midtown streetscape with storefronts and active retail uses, anchoring the building to the surrounding Arts District. Dining in the district includes KJ's.
A second level of micro-commercial and flexible workspace rises above the storefronts, extending the building's mixed-use rhythm.
